Request for Technical Services

• Please use this form to schedule technical services or research-related treatments with University Laboratory Animal Resources (ULAR).
• Services should be scheduled at leat five (5) business day in advance.
• If a procedure room or other shared resource is needed for the services requested, it is the labs responsibility for reserving the space or resource for the date and times needed. Spaces can be reserved using Vital Scheduling.
