Thank You for Your Interest in this Trauma Reprocessing Collage Therapy Study

Please fill out the questions below to the best of your ability. Collecting data on the LGBTQ+ population is highly important as the marginalized community begins to take up more space in research and literature. We hope the data collected in this study will contribute to the growing knowledge of LGBTQ+ demographics and shared trauma.

You can write as little or as much as you want! You also do not have to answer questions you do not want to answer. Except for the straightforward questions determining your eligibility for the study, you may skip any questions if they make you uncomfortable or you are unsure how to answer.

Some of these questions will ask about painful topics such as your experience with childhood trauma. If at any point through this study you become distressed, including when you fill out this survey, please feel free to contact the mental health resources listed below. More emotional support resources will be provided at multiple points during the course of the study.
