A 4-H member must complete this identification form for each livestock project they plan to exhibit, show, and/or sell at the Franklin County Fair. All animals must have some form of identification. It is the responsibility of the 4-H member to have the animal properly identified with a tattoo, brand, band, ear notch, or ear tag by possession date. Refer to the livestock possession information in the livestock requirement summary or in the fairbook for your specie, to determine the possession date and required documentation that must be submitted with this form. This form is due no later than 10 days after the required possesion date for each animal.
