The University Ambassador application asks for information about you and your time at Ohio State, as well as the information for two references. One reference should be affiliated with Ohio State. The other reference does not have to be a part of the Ohio State community. You should be prepared to fill out your references' name, relationship to you, title, department/organization, phone number, and email address when filling out this application. 

In order to be eligible for the University Ambassador program, you must attend an Information Session before the application deadline. Dates and locations for Information Sessions can be found at ambssadors.osu.edu. Applicants that do not attend an information session before the application deadline will have their applications canceled.
