COE programming spans a variety of session formats and offerings—case studies from inside and outside of our member community, actionable insights from researchers, best practices from authors and thought leaders, and beyond. Topics should be broadly focused on one or more of the following areas:

• Leadership
• Problem solving and innovation
• Industry disruption (technology, trends)
• Lean deployment best practices (tools, techniques, behaviors)
• Organizational behavior (culture, communication, collaboration, inclusion and belonging)
• Supply chain management/transformation
