Our team is dedicated to providing our scholars with a unique transfer experience, transitioning from Columbus State Community College to The Ohio State University, Columbus campus. In order for us to best serve you, please take a brief moment to complete this form and be added to our JLM Scholar Interest List.

By simply completing this form, you will become a "priority" student. Priority students receive special early access to the JLM Scholars Program application. Currently, our program can only accept 25 scholars each autumn and spring semester, so it is important to APPLY early before we reach capacity.
