Greetings to the lovely ladies of Theta Chapter! Our centennial celebration is quickly approaching, and we'd like to take this time to gather some of your fondest memories within the chapter and beyond! Please complete this submission survey by Friday, January 15, 2021 so that we may include your responses in the virtual centennial celebration on Saturday, February 6, 2021 as well as keep record of them in our chapter history.
Throughout the survey, you will see a number of submission topics including the following:
- Diamond, Golden, and Silver Soror Submission
- Theta Chapter President Video Submission
- THETA Awards and Accolades Submission
- Pearls of Excellence (Individual Award) Submission
- Theta GLOW UP Challenge
- BOSS Theta Submission
Many of the submissions will ask you to submit photos of yourself, so please feel free to prepare for the survey in advance by having the following photos ready to upload:
- A photo of yourself 'on the yard' at The Ohio State University
- A photo of yourself in work/professional attire
- A current photo of yourself in AKA paraphernalia
