If you are interested in taking a 4000-level Creative Writing workshop for autumn 2025, please fill out this form to help us determine placements into workshops. To be eligible to be placed in a 4000-level workshop, students should have completed (or be currently enrolled in) a 2000-level creative writing workshop. Please check your schedule carefully before filling out this form; once we finalize workshop placements, we will not be able to move students to a different workshop.
