Thank you for your interest in offering a professional development workshop. The College of Education and Human Ecology is excited to work with you to develop your offering. Please note:

• the completion of this form does not guarantee the offering of your workshop nor does it imply employment by The Ohio State University.
• compensation for workshops is based on enrollment. Generally, instructors are compensated $170 per instructional contact hour.
• if approved, this workshop could be canceled due to low enrollment up until the day of offering.
• compensation for workshops will be awarded the month after the workshop is complete.

Information for current Ohio State employees:

• Ohio State faculty must ensure they are within their ODP guidelines. Please contact your HR specialist if you are unsure of your current status.
• Salaried Ohio State staff will be required to submit approval from their current supervisor as an attachment to this form. If approved, the instruction of this workshop must be done outside of your regular work hours.
• Staff paid bi-weekly are not eligible for additional compensation and therefore cannot be approved to instruct a workshop.
• Graduate Assistants must abide by Graduate School compensation rules. To ensure we are following these policies, your submission will be reviewed by the EHE GA Manager.
