Please fill out the following questionnaire to request an Ally facilitation for your unit/department. The attendees become Allies by participating in a two-hour facilitated conversation lead by Advocates. Advocates are male faculty and administrative staff who have a substantial record of supporting women staff and faculty. The facilitation will expose attendees to ways of better identifying and behaving as Allies in gender equity. In addition, the Advocates will share evidence-based knowledge, skills and strategies to affect positive personal, departmental and institutional change.
